Dorothy Cowie School of Dancing Senior School has students from
5 years old (kindergarten) to adults, both professionally and socially.
The four locations Burwood, Drummoyne, Croydon and DCA offer many genres of
dance both through the Australian Teachers of Dancing Syllabus’ and also Dorothy Cowie Open Classes. Students are invited to participate in external certified examinations, scholarships, competitions and of course, our Annual
Year Concerts. ALL classes are technique based throughout the whole year however in the last half of the year classes include performance skills and presentation for the students.

During trial lessons a professional assessment will be made
by the class teacher and a recommendation will be offered to
the parents/guardian. Classes are determined by age and
prior learning.
